摘要
为了提升企业产品创新绩效以保持企业核心竞争力,基于网络视角,构建了企业网络连接通过创新资源互动影响其产品创新绩效的理论模型。通过对230个我国中东部地区的企业样本数据进行实证分析,研究发现:企业网络连接对其产品创新绩效具有显著正向影响;创新资源互动是企业网络连接影响其产品创新绩效的重要中介变量;合作经验在企业网络中的强连接与创新资源互动之间具有显著正向调节效应,但是在弱连接与创新资源互动之间的调节效应不显著。通过实证研究提出了企业提升产品创新绩效的新路径及相关建议。
In order to improve the product innovation performance of enterprises and maintain their core competitiveness,this paper,based on the network perspective,builds a theoretical model that the enterprise network connection affects its product innovation performance through the interaction of innovation resources.Through the empirical analysis of 230 samples of enterprises in the central and eastern regions of China,the results show that enterprise network connection has a significant positive impact on their product innovation performance,that the interaction of innovation resources is an important mediating variable for the enterprise network connection to affect its product innovation performance,and that cooperation experience has a significant moderating effect between strong connection and innovation resource interaction in the enterprise network while the moderating effect between weak connection and innovation resource interaction is not significant.Through empirical research,the paper puts forward new paths and relevant suggestions for enterprises to improve product innovation performance.
