创新驱动的大学生学习互动模型建构与质量提升路径 被引量:1

The Interaction Mechanism and Model of College Students’Learning in the Strategy of Innovation-driven Development

摘要 新时期大学生发展模式须立足于创新驱动发展战略,而落实立德树人时代使命的关键在于把握学生发展规律与特征,以高质量的研究和学生学习体验来顺应创新驱动。大学生学习互动模型的建构依托“国家大学生学习情况调查研究数据库”,以大学生与教学过程、师生交流、时间管理和制度安排的互动为主要指征构建学习互动的分析模型。以学业与认知发展概括学生发展的成效,继而采用学业成就、通识知识与技能、专业知识与技能、总体满意度为主要指征构建学习互动的表达模型。以分析模型中各个特征值作为自变量,以表达模型的各个部分作为因变量,利用结构方程模型建构学习互动的全模型。本研究所建立的大学生学习互动模型反映出新时期大学生与学习资源互动的状态与特征,启示我们可以从高校机制解析、管理架构、评价指导和实践落实等方面创设提升学习互动质量的优质路径。 The model of college student improvement is in the strategy of innovation-driven development,which leads capturing regulations and features of college student development become the key to fulfilling the mission of enhancing morality and fostering talents.In this research,the interaction between college student and teaching,faculty-student communication,time management and system arrangement will be the main elements,to set up analysis models for student interaction improvement.Meanwhile,the development of academic and cognition reflect the results of student improvement,which is composed of academic achievement,general knowledge and skills,professional knowledge and skills,and overall satisfaction,to set up expression model for student interaction improvement.Characteristic values in analyze model are considered as independent variables,compositions in expression model are considered as dependent variables,in order to construct the whole interaction model of student improvement by structure equation model(SEM).Based on National College Student Survey(NCSS),large scale questionnaire and quantitative analysis model will be the main part,depth qualitative interview will be the supplement in this empirical research.Therefore,the whole view and characters of college student improvement will be summarized,and the interaction system between college student and learning resource will be illustrated,which serves the decision making of both higher education instruction and high-quality development.
