摘要
某核电厂除盐水系统连通管线改造完成后,连通管线内的水在静置一定时间后,Na^(+)和SO^(2-)_(4)含量偏大超标。本文根据现场实际工况制作了试验装置,并对一系列浸泡试验进行离子含量分析,结果表明,管道母材20#钢是导致管内介质Na^(+)和SO_(4)^(2-)含量超标的主要因素。
After the reconstruction of the connecting pipeline of the demineralized water system in a nuclear power plant,the content of Na^(+) and SO_(4)^(2-) in the connecting pipeline was too large and exceeded the standard after the water in the connecting pipeline was left standing for a certain time.In this paper,a test device is made according to the actual working conditions,and the ion content of a series of immersion tests is analyzed.The results show that the base material 20#steel of the pipeline is the main factor causing the content of Na^(+)and SO_(4)^(2-) in the medium in the pipeline to exceed the standard.
