摘要
培养什么人,是教育的首要问题。农业是新疆重要产业,而高水平农业人才却十分匮乏,农学毕业生跨行择业的比例居高不下,基层农业部门长期面临招人难、留人难的困难。为培养“下得去,干得好,留得住”的高水平农业人才,紧扣立德树人根本任务,赓续学校红色基因,以胡杨精神为引领,铸牢“艰苦奋斗、自强不息、扎根边疆、甘于奉献”的精神根基,并以现代教育理念整合学校优质教育资源,实施个性化、精英化培养,探索农业拔尖创新型人才培养模式。
The primary question of education is what kind of people to cultivate.Agriculture is an important industry in Xinjiang,but there is a shortage of high-level agricultural talents.The proportion of agricultural graduates choosing other jobs remains high,and the agricultural departments at the grass-roots level have long faced difficulties in recruiting and retaining employees.To cultivate agricultural talents who“are willing to work,performs well,and can be retained”,sticking to the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,and persisting the school revolutionary legacy,guided by the spirit of the populus euphratica and based on strong spiritual foundation of“hard work,self-improvement,rooted in the frontier,and willing to dedicate oneself”,with modern education concept,integration of school quality education resources,the implementation of personalized,elite culture,a training model for top-notch innovative agricultural personnel is explored.
