摘要
温度采集控制系统在仪器测量和工业生产中一直都占据着重要的地位。本文研制了一款基于LabVIEW平台的温度采集控制系统,该温度采集控制系统主要由上位机和下位机两部分构成:下位机通过传感器采集温度信号,经单片机以串口通信的方式传送给上位机;上位机采用的是生产者/消费者模式,借助于LabVIEW的开发平台完成用户操作界面,实现对温度数据的实时采集、控制、处理、显示和存储功能。进行多次试验后,证明该温度采集控制系统能够将薄板温度控制在22℃至50℃之内,温差控制在0.3℃范围内。
Temperature acquisition and control system has always occupied an important position in instrument measurement and industrial production.In his paper,a temperature acquisition and control system based on LabVIEW platform was developed,which is mainly composed of upper computer and lower computer:the lower computer collects temperature signals through sensors and transmits them to the upper computer by serial port communication through single chip microcomputer.The upper computer adopts the producer/consumer mode,completes the user operation interface with the help of the development platform of LabVIEW,and realizes the functions of real-time acquisition,control,processing,display and storage of temperature data.After many tests,it is proved that the temperature acquisition and control system can control the sheet temperature within 22 to 50℃and the temperature difference within 0.3℃.
