无油涡旋空压机性能测试系统设计与试验

摘要 无油涡旋空压机因其能够连续且稳定地输送高品质压缩空气,在气动控制系统中得到了广泛应用。文章基于LabVIEW软件及其硬件平台与可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)及比例-积分微分(Proportion-Integral-Differential,PID)控制相结合设计的测试系统,准确测试空压机的排气压强、流量、功率以及比功率等主要指标,实现了测试和调节控制的自动化,能实时采集和保存全过程的测试数据,同时加强结构设计,测试系统集成化程度高。试验结果验证了测试系统设计的正确性和合理性。 Oil-free scroll compressors are widely used in pneumatic control systems because they can deliver high-quality compressed air continuously and stably.In this paper,a test system based on LabVIEW software and its hardware platform combined with Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and Proportion-Integral-Differential(PID)control is designed to accurately test the main indicators of the air compressor such as discharge pressure,flow rate,power,specific power,etc.,and realize the automation of testing and adjustment control.The test data is collected and saved in real time,and the structure design is optimized at the same time,and the test system has a high degree of integration.After experiments,the correctness and rationality of the design of the test system are verified.
