摘要
由于空气压缩机背压的建立具有大延迟、大惯性等非线性特点,给空压机性能测试带来很大困难,影响空压机的稳定性与可靠性。本文应用模糊理论设计了模糊自适应PID控制器对空压机的排气压力进行控制调节,并逐步建立了储气瓶模型、背压系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明:模糊自适应PID控制器相比传统的PID控制器有较好的控制效果,并具有超调量小、过渡时间短、稳定性好的特点。
In the performance testing of air compressor there exist several issues owing to the nonlinearity characteristics,such as time delay and large inertia in the formation process of the back pressure.These issues may influence the stability and reliability of the air compressor.To solve these problems,a fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller is designed to control the back pressure of the air compressor.Simulation model diagram of back pressure control system is designed on the basis of air cylinder model.Simulation results show that the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller is better with small overshoot and shorter transition time and superior stability than the traditional PID controller.
