摘要
在疫情防控常态化时期,开展医院感染管理督查对防控疫情、降低院感风险及恢复正常医疗秩序有积极意义。笔者介绍了贵港市某新冠肺炎定点收治医院基于“横向协同纵向贯通”机制在医院感染防控网格化督查体系的应用实践。该院通过充分发挥院感管理委员会工作职责,强化党委引领、纪委监督作用,横向构建多部门经常性沟通协调机制,纵向建立“院感管理委员会-院感管理小组-临床科室-感控督导员”四级组织架构,多纬度、多层面编织医院感染防控网格化督查网,横纵协同贯通提高院感管理质量。
During the period of COVID-19 prevention and control,it is of positive significance to carry out special inspection in the hospital to prevent and control the epidemic,eliminate the hidden danger and restore the medical order.The author introduced the application of the“horizontal collaboration and vertical linkage”mechanism in the nosocomial infection prevention and control grid supervision system in a designated COVID-19 hospital in Guigang city.In 2021,the hospital formed a systematic special grid supervision system for nosocomial infection prevention and control,built a cross-sectoral mechanism of the Party Committee office,discipline inspection department,medical department,nursing department,hospital infection management department and other departments for regular communication and coordination,established vertically a four-level organizational structure of“Hospital Infection Management Committee-Infection Management Group-Department-Infection Control Supervisor”,and weaved a grid based supervision network for hospital infection prevention and control from multiple dimensions and levels.The quality of hospital infection management is improved through horizontal and vertical coordination.
