It elaborates the importance and necessity of the implementation of sophisticated management in public hospitals, and introduces the specific measures to implement sophisticated management： establishment of the medical quality and safety control system; strengthening the construction of the key platform and the center part; improving hospital＇s infection and safety management system ; comprehensive promotion of clinical pathways; supporting the construction of nursing disciplines; application of new clinical technologies; spontaneous formation of a joint multidisciplinary clinics; setting up a day ward medical model, and make suggestions to the key links in the implementation process of sophisticated management.
