医疗质量是评价医院整体水平的核心指标,是医院发展生存的需要,通过实施全方位管理、全员参与、全时段管理为内涵的精细化管理,制定一系列科学完善的规章制度,各项工作做到有计划、执行、反馈。形成一整套精细化管理的体系,使精细化管理有利于促进医院医疗质量的不断提高。
The quality of medical care is the core index to evaluate the overall level of the hospital,and it is essential for hospital development and survival.Through the implementation of fine management with the connotation of allround management,full participation,full-time management,a series of scientific and perfect rules and regulations are developed.The work should be planned,carried out and get feedback.A set of fine management system are formed to promote the continuous improvement of the hospital medical quality.
