摘要
由于目前对排水降噪沥青路面(drainage and noise reduction asphalt pavement,DNRAP)使用特性及其道路需求敏感点的认知不足,导致其精细化应用规划缺失,其规模化应用受到限制。因此,本文采用文献调研和归纳分析等方法对DNRAP的功能定位、使用特性、应用规划开展了详细研究。结果表明:DNRAP的排水性能是AC路面的20倍以上、SMA路面的30倍以上,单层和双层DNRAP可分别满足中雨和大雨强度降水,可分别降低路面噪音3dB和5dB以上,可在中雨条件下刹车距离分别缩短约5m和4m以上,其8~10年的使用寿命可满足我国高速公路平均罩面周期要求,且单层DNRAP造价较SMA路面降低约6%,双层DNRAP造价与SMA路面相当;道路等级、几何设计标准、服役气候条件、区域环境和自身服务特征是影响DNRAP使用性能的主要因素。综合以上各因素,本文给出了对应条件的推荐铺面,提出了DNRAP的精细化应用规划。研究成果将有助于解决大多数从业者对DNRAP的认知误区,有利于其大规模推广应用。
The lack of knowledge about the usage characteristics of drainage and noise reduction asphalt pavement(DNRAP)and its sensitive points of road demand lead to the lack of detailed application planning and limit its large-scale application.Therefore,this paper uses literature research and inductive analysis to conduct a detailed study on the functional positioning,usage characteristics,and application planning of DNRAP.The results show that the drainage performance of DNRAP is more than 20 times that of AC pavement and more than 30 times that of SMA pavement Single-layer and double-layer DNRAP can meet the medium and heavy rainfall intensity precipitation respectively,reduce pavement noise by more than 3 dB and 5 dB respectively,and shorten the braking distance by about 5 m and more than 4 m respectively under medium rainfall conditions And the service life of 8~10 years can meet the average of China's highway The cost of single-layer DNRAP is about 6% lower than SMA pavement,and the cost of double-layer DNRAP is equivalent to SMA pavement Road grade,geometric design standard,service climate conditions,regional environment,and its service characteristics are the main factors affecting the performance of DNRAP,and the recommended pavement for the corresponding conditions are given by integrating the above factors,and the refined application of DNRAP is proposed.The research results will help solve the misconceptions of most practitioners about DNRAP and facilitate its large-scale promotion and application.
