摘要
以低黏度反应型阻燃聚醚多元醇为主要原料,协同阻燃聚酯多元醇、磷酸酯类等阻燃剂制备了单组分阻燃聚氨酯发泡胶(OCF)。讨论了配方体系中阻燃剂、阻燃聚酯多元醇、阻燃聚醚多元醇用量对OCF性能的影响。结果表明,当阻燃聚醚多元醇质量分数为15%,磷酸三(1-氯-2-丙基)酯(TCPP)质量分数为5%,阻燃聚酯多元醇质量分数5%时,所制得的OCF泡沫的极限氧指数(LOI)为26.1%,拉伸粘接强度为241 kPa,泡沫尺寸稳定,无明显的阻燃剂迁移现象,泡沫表面无明显发脆现象。
One-component flame-retardant(FR)polyurethane foam adhesive(OCF)was prepared with low-viscosity reactive FR polyether polyol,FR polyester polyol and phosphate esters FR agents.The effects of the amount of FR polyols and FR agents were studied.The results showed that the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of the prepared OCF was 26.1% and the tensile bond strength was 241 kPa when the mass fraction of flame retardant polyether polyol was 15%,TCPP was 5%and polyester polyol was 5%.The size of foam was stable without obvious brittleness and flame retardant migration.
