摘要
以β-环糊精和二甘醇为复配起始剂,用环氧丙烷进行开环聚合,得到一种新型的具有锥桶结构的聚醚多元醇,检测了其物化性能,通过GPC对其结构进行了讨论。将该聚醚多元醇和其他原料一起反应制备了硬质聚氨酯泡沫。该聚醚多元醇所制成的聚氨酯保温材料应用在家电体系,泡沫具有更好的尺寸稳定性和密度分布,压缩强度达到178 kPa,比标准样品提高17.1%;同时,该泡沫熟化快,产品开模时间可缩短32 s。
A new type of polyether polyol with cone-bucket structure was prepared by using 0-cyclodextrin and diethylene glycol as co-starting-agent,and ring opening polymerization of propylene oxide.The physical and chemical properties was given,and its structure was discussed by GPC method.The rigid polyurethane foam was prepared with the polyether polyol and other raw materials.Such rigid foam used as insulation in home appliance system had better dimensional stability and density distribution,its compressive strength was up to 178 kPa,17.1%higher than that of the standard sample,meanwhile the foam was curing fast and its mold opening time could be shorten 32 s.
