摘要
随着智能化技术快速发展,炼钢工艺依靠副枪测量来调节吹氧量和转炉熔剂添加量,其精确的测量数据和动态控制模型有机结合,使“快速出钢”得以实现。本文所述转炉副枪系统基础自动化测控装置设计、PLC控制系统软硬件组成、硬件组态、以及副枪炼钢全过程测量的人机交互操作控制、抗干扰措施的实现等功能,提高了转炉煤钢自动化水平,改善了工作条件,实现了两化融合一键智能炼钢模式。
With the rapid development of intelligent technology,the steelmaking process relies on the measurement of sub-lance to adjust the oxygen blowing amount and the amount of converter flux.Its accurate measurement data and dynamic control model are organically combined to achievearapid tappingTThe basic automatic measurement and control device design of the sub-lance system of converter described in this paper,the software and hardware composition and hardware configuration of PLC control system,and the man-machine interactive operation control of the whole process measurement of sub-lance steelmaking.The realization of anti-interference measures and other functions have improved the automation level of converter steelmaking,improved working conditions,and realized the intelligent steelmaking mode of integration of two technologies and one key.
