摘要
为研究综采工作面过断层方案及围岩控制技术效果,以店坪煤矿9-206工作面过DF3断层期间,采用传统的机械破岩时采掘效率低、设备故障率高和工作面回采效率低等问题,基于工作面地质构造条件,决定对9-206工作面采用松动爆破与机械破岩联合回采工艺,并对工作面回采期间不稳定顶板采取“锚索吊棚+超前管棚”联合支护措施。实践效果良好,9-206工作面过断层回采工艺优化后,有效控制顶板破碎和煤壁片帮问题,提高煤壁的自承能力;同时大幅提升工作面回采效率,保障工作面的安全回采。
In order to study the fault crossing scheme of the fully mechanized mining face and the effect of surrounding rock control technology,during the period when the 9-206 working face of Dianping Coal Mine passes through the DF3 fault,the traditional mechanical rock breaking has low mining efficiency,high equipment failure rate and low mining efficiency of the working face.Based on the tectonics conditions of the working face,it is decided to adopt the combined mining process of loose blasting and mechanical rock breaking for the 9-206 working face,And a combined support measure of"anchor cable suspension shed+advance pipe shed"shall be taken for the unstable roof during the mining period of the working face.The practical effect is good.After optimizing the mining process through faults in the 9-206 working face,the problems of roof fragmentation and coal wall spalling are effectively controlled,and the self-supporting capacity of the coal wall is improved.At the same time,it significantly improves the mining efficiency of the working face and ensures the safe mining of the working face.
