摘要
厚度小于一定值的煤层被定义为薄煤层(TCS),TCS占煤矿总储量的10%~50%。由于常用采矿设备的工作条件,大多数TCS无法进行开采,造成大量资源被浪费,还会导致环境问题。基于此,调查了TCS开采的现状,并比较了不同的可行回收方法。薄煤层采矿法具有应用于TCS采矿的潜力和优势,提出了一种优化TCS工况的方法。实例研究表明,如果规划正确,采煤机可以在不耽误主煤层生产的情况下回收大部分TCS储量。
Coal seams with thickness less than a certain value are defined as thin coal seams(TCS),which account for 10%~50%of the total reserves of coal mines.Due to the working conditions of common mining equipment,most TCS cannot be mined,resulting in a large amount of waste of resources and environmental problems.Based on this,the current situation of TCS mining was investigated and different feasible recovery methods were compared.The thin seam mining method has the potential and advantages of applying to TCS mining.A method of optimizing TCS working conditions is proposed.The case study shows that if the planning is correct,the shearer can recover most of the TCS reserves without delaying the production of the main coal seam.
