摘要
目的:采用DL-96细菌测定系统分析测定医院感染肺炎克雷伯菌的临床分析及耐药性分析。方法:研究选取2018年8月~2020年8月本院分离的186株肺炎克雷伯菌株,使用DL-96细菌测定系统对菌株进行临床分析及耐药性分析。结果:肺炎克雷伯菌株主要来源于呼吸内科、重症医学科、心血管内科、内分泌科等科室;186株肺炎克雷伯菌株对头孢呋辛、头孢唑林、哌拉西林/舒巴坦等12种抗菌药物表现出不同程度的耐药性。结论:感染肺炎克雷伯菌的高危病区主要为重症医学科、呼吸内科、心血管内科、内分泌科等科室,肺炎克雷伯菌对于不同的抗菌药物具有不同的耐药性,应加强实验室检测,及时进行反馈给临床。
Objective:To analyze the clinical analysis of Klebsiella pneumoniae in hospital infection by DL-96 bacteria assay system.Methods:186 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected for clinical analysis and drug resistance analysis using DL-96 bacterial analyzer.Results:Klebsiella pneumoniae strains were mainly from respiratory medicine,critical care medicine,cardiovascular medicine,internal gastroenterology and other departments.The 186 Klebsiella pneumoniae strains showed varying degrees of resistance to cefuroxime,cefazolin,piperacillin/sulbactan and other 12 antibacterial drugs.Conclusion:The major critical care disciplines in the high-risk wards infected with Klebsiella pneumoniae are respiratory medicine,cardiovascular medicine,endocrinology and other departments.Klebsiella pneumoniae has a certain degree of resistance to antibiotic drugs,so laboratory testing should be strengthened to provide timely feedback on the clinical application of antibiotics.
