摘要
针对当前城市轨道导乘系统存在的问题,提高市民乘坐地铁的好感度,通过交互设计的思维方法解决乘客在乘坐地铁的过程中存在的导乘问题;以物联网为技术架构优化站内导乘系统,解决当前轨道交通系统中导乘系统存在的技术问题及权限问题。针对这些问题,提出以智能视频分析技术为辅助的物联网导乘服务,及提出以丰富乘客生活为主的智能导乘系统的交互设计。
In view of the problems existing in the current urban rail passenger guidance system,in order to improve the public's favorability for taking the subway,this paper solves the passenger guidance problems existing in the process of taking the subway for passengers through the thinking method of interaction design.The Internet of Things is used as the technical framework to optimize the passenger guidance system in the station,and the technical problems and authority problems existing in the passenger guidance system in the current rail transit system are solved.Aiming at these problems,this paper proposes an Internet of Things passenger guidance service assisted by intelligent video analysis technology,and proposes an interaction design of the intelligent passenger guidance system to enrich the life of passengers.
