摘要
目的探究乳牙金属预成冠(PMC)修复对高危患龋儿童咬合功能的影响。方法选取我院接受治疗的高危患龋儿童102例为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组(各51例)。对照组予以传统充填治疗,观察组PMC修复治疗,观察两组患儿咬合功能、修复成功率及牙龈指数(GI)。结果治疗后6、12个月,观察组最大咬合面积、最大咬合力高于对照组,而咬合接触时间低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后6个月修复成功率比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后12个月修复成功率96.08%,高于对照组82.35%(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后6、12个月GI与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),两组间比较均无差异(P>0.05)。结论乳牙PMC修复能够改善高危患龋儿童咬合功能,并能够提升修复成功率,改善牙龈状况,具有推广使用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of primary metal prefabricated crown(PMC)restoration on the occlusal function of children with high risk caries.Methods A total of 102 high-risk children with dental caries who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(51 cases each).The children in the control group were treated with traditional filling and the children in the observation group were given PMC restoration treatment.The occlusal function,restoration success rate and gingival index(GI)of the children in the two groups were observed.Results 6 and 12 months after treatment,the maximum occlusal area and maximum occlusal force of the children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the occlusal contact time was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the success rate of restoration between the two groups 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).The success rate of restoration was 96.08% in the observation group 12 months after treatment,which was higher than 82.35% in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the GI of 6 and 12 months after treatment in the two groups was lower(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion PMC restoration of deciduous teeth can improve the occlusal function of children with high-risk caries,increase the success rate of restoration and improve the gingival condition,which has worthy of popularity.
