摘要
目的 研究大面积龋损儿童乳磨牙修复中金属预成冠的应用效果。方法 选取南通大学附属南通口腔医院于2018年1月—2021年2月收治的172例大面积龋损患儿为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为对照组(86例)与治疗组(86例),对照组行固化树脂填充修复,治疗组行金属预成冠修复,对比两组修复效果、修复满意度及咀嚼功能。结果 修复总有效率比较,治疗组97.67%高于对照组84.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.837,P<0.05);修复总满意率比较,治疗组96.51%高于对照组82.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.935,P<0.05);治疗组修复后3个月咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.812、8.387,P<0.05)。结论 大面积龋损儿童乳磨牙修复中应用金属预成冠,可促进修复效果提高,并提高修复满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of metal pre-formed crowns in the restoration of primary molars in children with large carious lesions. Methods The research subjects were selected from 172 children with large carious lesions who were treated in Nantong Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from January 2018 to February 2021. According to different treatment plans, they were divided into control group(86 cases) and treatment group(86 cases). The control group was treated with cured resin filling, and the treatment group was treated with metal preformed crown. The repair effect, repair satisfaction and chewing function were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the total effective rate of repair, the treatment group was 97.67% higher than the control group 84.88%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.837,P<0.05);comparing the total satisfaction rate of repair, the treatment group was 96.51%higher than the control group 82.56%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.935, P<0.05);the masticatory efficiency and bite force in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group 3 months after repair, the difference was statistically significant(t=9.812,8.387, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of metal pre-formed crowns in the restoration of deciduous molars in children with large-area caries can improve the restoration effect and improve restoration satisfaction.
