摘要
本研究基于计划行为理论、自我决定理论考察了短视频信息传播效果对Z世代人群(18-27岁)体育锻炼意向产生的影响。本研究重点检验了体育锻炼主观规范、内在动机、上行社会比较在体育类短视频信息接触和体育锻炼意向之间的中介作用假设。研究结果显示,体育类短视频信息接触对体育锻炼内在动机有直接影响,体育类短视频信息接触与体育锻炼上行比较有直接的联系,体育锻炼内在动机和体育锻炼上行社会比较在体育类信息接触和体育锻炼意向之间发挥中介作用。本研究系统揭示了Z世代人群产生体育锻炼意向的前置因素,为体育锻炼促进这一研究领域提供了新的见解。
Based on planned behavior theory and self-determination theory,this study investigated the influence of short-form sports video exposure effect on the Generation Zs’(age around 18-27)physical exercise intention.The current study focused on testing the mediated hypothesis of physical exercise subjective norms,intrinsic motivation,and upward social comparison between the relationship on short-form sports video exposure and physical exercise intention.The findings showed that short-form sports video exposure predicted physical exercise intrinsic motivation and physical exercise upward comparison.In addition,physical exercise intrinsic motivation and exercise upward social comparison mediated the relationship between short-form sports video exposure and physical exercise intention.This study systematically revealed the preconditions for the generation Z to have the intention to exercise,providing a new insight into the promotion of physical exercise in the research field.
