摘要
通过对突发公共卫生事件下体育锻炼和青少年心理健康的相关性进行剖析,探讨体育锻炼促进青少年心理健康教育问题。在突发公共卫生事件下,加强体育锻炼能够增强青少年的身体素质,缓解青少年的焦虑紧张情绪,提高他们的自尊心、自信心以及道德素质,为青少年的心理健康奠定良好的基础。基于此,提出加强青少年线上体育课的质量,提升青少年对体育锻炼的思想认识,重视在校教学质量,加强青少年手机使用时间管控的实践路径。
Through an analysis of the correlation between physical exercise and adolescent mental health in case of public health emergencies, this paper discusses the promotion of physical exercise to adolescent mental health education. In the case of sudden outbreak of such emergencies, strengthening physical exercise can enhance the physical quality of teenagers, relieve their anxiety and tensions, improve their self-esteem, self-confidence and moral quality, and lay a good foundation for their mental health. Based on this, this paper proposes practical approaches to strengthen the quality of online physical education for teenagers, improve their ideological understanding of physical exercise, attach importance to the quality of online school teaching, and strengthen the control of teenagers’ mobile phone use.
