摘要
目的探讨基于WeChat的NBASS-APS在二次剖宫产产妇术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年1月-8月在我院接受二次剖宫产手术的100例产妇为研究对象,其中入住产二科的50例产妇为对照组,采用常规疼痛管理模式;入住产一科的50例产妇为实验组,采用基于WeChat的NBASS-APS。比较两组术后疼痛、术后恢复情况及满意度。结果实验组术后12、24、48h疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组首次下床活动时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于WeChat的NBASS-APS疼痛管理模式有助于减轻二次剖宫产产妇术后疼痛、缩短产妇下床活动时间、降低不良反应发生率,促进产妇康复,提高其护理满意度,可应用于临床。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat-based NBASS-APS on postoperative analgesia of puerpera with secondary ceasarean section.Methods A total of 100 puerpera with secondary cesarean section in our hospital were included from January to August 2020,and they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received nursing care according to WeChat-based NBASS-APS.The VAS pain scores,postoperative recovery and satisfaction of the puerpera were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of VAS in 12h、24h、48h were significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05),the first time of getting out of bed was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05)and the puerpera's satisfaction is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat-based NBASS-APS can relieve postoperative pain,shorten the time of getting out of bed,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,promote puerpera's recovery and improve puerpera's satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
