摘要
目的分析剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇阴道分娩的可行性与价值。方法本研究对象的选取时间段介于2019年1月至2021年12月之间,共包括的病例数量为129例,其中,我院收治的剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道试产的产妇有43例,将其作为观察组,非瘢痕子宫阴道试产初产妇有43例,将其作为对照组a,剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠直接选择二次剖宫产的产妇有43例,将其作为对照组b,分析比较3组产妇的相关情况。结果对比分析观察组与对照组a产妇与新生儿相关情况后可知,P>0.05;观察组产妇产后24 h出血量、输血情况、住院天数、费用与对照组b产妇相比,P<0.05;观察组与对照组b新生儿Apgar评分的比较上并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论对于剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠的产妇来说严格掌握其适应证、禁忌证的情况下选择经阴道分娩是可行的,且具有相对较为理想的母婴结局。
Objective To analyze the feasibility and value of vaginal delivery in women with second pregnancy with cicatricial uterus after cesarean section.Methods The subjects of this study were selected from January 2019 to December 2021,and a total of 129 cases were included.Among them,43 cases of parturients admitted to our hospital after caesarean section with cicatricial uterus for vaginal trial birth were treated as the observation group,and 43 cases of primipara with non-cicatricial uterus for vaginal trial birth were treated as the control group A.There were 43 cases of pregnant women with cicatricial uterus after cesarean section who directly chose second cesarean section.They were taken as control group b.To analyze and compare the relevant situation of the three groups of women.Results After comparative analysis of the maternal and neonatal related situation of observation group and control group a,P>0.05;24 hours postpartum blood loss,blood transfusion,hospitalization days and costs of the observation group were compared with those of the control group b,P<0.05;There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the observation group and control group b(P>0.05).Conclusion For the pregnant women with cicatricial uterus regestation after cesarean section,it is feasible to choose vaginal delivery under the condition of strict understanding of its indications and contraindications,and has a relatively ideal outcome for mother and child.
