节理倾角对隧道爆破振动影响的数值模拟研究

摘要 为更明确不同倾角充填节理下的爆破振动特性,通过数值模拟的方法,对理论分析及现场监测进行补充研究。本文采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对不同倾角充填节理下的隧洞爆破进行数值模拟,研究并分析不同倾角充填节理对于爆破振动的影响。研究发现:在0°、45°、90°三个节理倾角中,节理倾角为45°时,振动传播的影响最为明显,振速衰减最大;节理倾角为0°时,振动传播的影响次之;节理倾角为90°时,振动传播的影响最小,振速衰减也最小。振动曲线呈现的规律为离爆源越远振动越小。不同时刻的应力云图中,炮孔至节理一侧的应力大于节理的另一侧应力,其中,节理倾角为45°时,阻隔作用最为显著,对应力的衰减也最明显,节理另一侧的应力更小,节理倾角为0°时次之,节理倾角为90°时为末。研究成果可为类似工程施工与隧道爆破控制提供指导。 To clarify the blasting vibration characteristics under different dip angles filled joints,the theoretical analysis,and field monitoring are supplemented by numerical simulation.In this paper,ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is used to numerically simulate the tunnel blasting under different inclination filling joints,and the influence of different inclination filling joints on blasting vibration is studied and analyzed.It is found that among the three joint dip angles of 0°,45°,and 90°when the joint dip angle is 45°,the influence of vibration propagation is the most obvious,and the vibration velocity attenuation is the largest.When the joint dip angle is 0°,the influence of vibration propagation is the second;when the joint dip angle is 90°,the influence of vibration propagation is the smallest and the vibration velocity attenuation is the smallest.The vibration curve shows the rule that the farther away from the explosion source,the smaller the vibration.In the stress programs at different times,the stress from the blast hole to one side of the joint is greater than that on the other side of the joint.When the joint dip angle is 45°,the barrier effect is the most obvious and the attenuation of stress is the most obvious.The stress on the other side of the joint is smaller,followed by the joint dip angle of 0°and the joint dip angle of 90°.The research results can guide similar engineering construction and tunnel blasting control.
