大型无人值班水电站开机流程的设计与优化

摘要 开机流程是电力生产的核心过程,新建厂站往往在流程设计上经验不足、考虑不周,导致成功率偏低,影响电力系统的稳定。为提高开机的成功率,确保电力系统安全,对大型水电站的设备特性、管理特点、流程特征进行深入研究,提出了完善状态定义、简化自检条件、增加并行操作、优化参数设置等精益化提升方法。经多个大型无人值班水电站的改造实践验证了该方法的有效性。采用上述优化方法,可以明显提高大型无人值班水电站开机的速率和成功率,增加电厂经济效益和提升电力系统安全保障能力。 Start-up process is the core process of power production.New hydropower station lacks experience and consideration on process design,resulting in low success rate and more instability.For improving the success rate of start-up process and ensuring the safety of power system,deep studyed on the equipment,management and start-up process of large hydropower stations,lean improvement methods such as improving the state definition,reducing the self-checking conditions,increasing the parallel operation and optimizing the parameter setting have been proposed.The effectiveness of this method has verified by the equipment reconstruction of several large unattended hydropower stations.It significantly improves the speed and success rate of start-up of large unattended hydropower stations,increases the economic benefits of power plants and improves the safety assurance of power system.
