摘要 简述了蒲石河抽水蓄能电站概况,介绍了蒲石河抽水蓄能电站计算机监控系统控制流程的设计原则、结构配置、优先级和特殊点,并简要分析了该控制流程的功能特点。蒲石河抽水蓄能电站计算机监控系统控制流程采用了模块化、灵活性、容错性、优先性、独立性、可扩性和安全可靠性等设计原则,实现了容错功能和控制冗余功能,保证了电厂的安全、高效运行,完全能够满足蒲石河抽水蓄能电站对生产设备全面监视和控制的要求,是一种比较先进、可靠的抽水蓄能电站监控系统控制流程。 The overview of Pushihe Pumped Storage Power Station (PSPS) is introduced in this paper. The design principles,structure configuration,priority and special points of control sequence for Pushihe PSPS is briefed. In addition,the features of the control sequence are analyzed. The control sequence has adopted many principles such as:modularization,flexibility,fault tolerance,priority,independence,extensibility,and reliability,etc. so that it achieves the fault-tolerant features and redundant control functions,meets the demands of safe and high efficiency operation of PSPS. So it is a relatively advanced and reliable control sequence for PSPS.
