断层穿过上覆围岩巷道破坏力学机理及控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为揭示断层穿过顶部围岩巷道的破坏力学机理,以普朗铜矿底部结构断层巷道为研究背景,基于弯矩-应变能理论,从受断层影响巷道围岩力学行为角度出发,建立断层穿过上覆围岩的巷道破坏力学机理模型,揭示巷道断面不同部位围岩因弯矩产生集聚应变能而破坏的力学机制。分析不同侧压力系数条件下断层穿过上覆围岩巷道的破坏特征,不同侧压系数λ下,巷道围岩受力环境的优劣为:λ=1最优,λ<1次之,λ>1最不利;巷道断面不同部位围岩弯矩(应变能)从大到小依次为:巷道底部围岩、巷道拱部围岩、巷道直墙中部围岩,巷道底部围岩弯矩值最大,集聚应变能最大,最易先发生破坏,是应重点加强支护的部位。综合分析现场巷道不同部位围岩破坏情况及现场变形位移监测数据,结合过断层巷道围岩破坏力学机理,提出区域化耦合支护技术思想,实现对过断层巷道破坏围岩有效控制。 In order to reveal the failure mechanics mechanism of the fault passing through the top surrounding rock roadway,taking the fault roadway of the bottom structure of Pulang Copper Mine as the research background,based on the bending moment-strain energy theory,from the perspective of the mechanical behavior of the surrounding rock of the roadway affected by the fault,a mechanical mechanism model of the roadway failure mechanism of the fault passing through the overlying surrounding rock was established.The failure mechanical mechanism of the surrounding rock at different parts of the roadway section due to the bending moment strain energy was revealed.The failure characteristics of faults passing through overlying surrounding rock of roadway under different lateral pressure coefficients were analyzed.The results show that the advantages and disadvantages of the mechanical environment of the surrounding rock are ordered from optimal to unfavorable as follows:λ=1,λ<1,and λ>1.The bending moment(strain energy)of surrounding rock at different parts of the roadway section is in descending order as surrounding rock at the bottom of the roadway,surrounding rock at the arch of the roadway and surrounding rock in the middle of the straight wall of the roadway.The surrounding rock at the bottom of the roadway has the largest bending moment value,the largest accumulated strain energy,and is the most likely to be damaged first.It is the part where support should be strengthened.By comprehensive analyzing of the damage of surrounding rock at different parts of the field roadway as well as the field deformation and displacement monitoring data,combined with the failure mechanical mechanism of the falut passing through the surrounding rock,a new idea of regionalized coupling support technology was proposed,and effective control of the damage of this kind of surrounding rock has been realized.
