摘要
系统地阐述了石油化工产品中硅含量分析的重要性,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),通过反复试验总结出最优化的仪器操作条件,并且对石油产品进行稀释预处理,在预设好的实验条件下采用有机进样系统直接进样分析,以硅含量为横坐标、与其相对应的强度为纵坐标,在波长212.412、221.667、250.690、251.611、252.851、288.158 nm处建立定量校正曲线,按照《车用汽油中硅含量的测定电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法》(GB/T 33647—2017)分析方法对产品中的硅含量进行系统分析。在论述过程中,分别从人员、样品、试剂材料、光谱仪及其他辅助设备的维护等4个方面查找影响硅分析准确率的因素,有针对性地从这些因素着手进行改善,从而确定提高分析准确率的方法。
The importance of the analysis of silicon content in petrochemical products was expounded systematically.The inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)was used as detection equipment,the optimal operating conditions of the instrument were determined through repeated experiments.In addition,the petroleum products were diluted and pretreated,and the organic sampling system was used for direct sampling analysis under preset experimental conditions.Using silicon content as the horizontal coordinate and its corresponding strength as the vertical coordinate,quantitative correction curves were established at wavelengths 212.412 nm,221.667 nm,250.690 nm,251.611 nm,252.851 nm and 288.158 nm.According to the analysis method in Determination of Silicon Content in Motor Gasoline—Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry(GB/T 33647—2017),the silicon content in the product was systematically analyzed.In the process of discussion,the factors affecting the accuracy of silicon analysis were found from four aspects,namely personnel,samples,reagent materials,spectrometer and other auxiliary equipment maintenance,and based on these factors,the methods to improve the analysis accuracy were determined.
