摘要
针对原油样品中硅的分布,研究了碱熔与酸溶相结合对原油样品进行预处理的方法,并利用ICP-AES仪对原油中的硅进行测定。对实验条件、干扰等进行了考察,确定了一种较好的熔样方法,建立的实验方法简便快速,取得了较好的实验效果。实验方法的相对标准偏差为9.5%,回收率达到82-104%,有较好的精密度和准确度。
This paper described a method of determining silicon content in the oil by ICP-AES after melting the sample with alkali and acid.Some factors such as experiment condition and interference were disocussed. In the end,the paper showed a better method for dissolution of the sample and acquired a better experimental result.This method is convenient and rapid with high precision and accuracy.The relative standard deviation is 9.5% and recovery ratio is up to 82% ~ 104%.
