摘要
走好走稳中国式现代化道路,全面提升中国城市的综合实力和核心竞争力,必须构建中国特色的城市软实力体系,强化在全球城市体系运行中的责任担当。国内城市软实力体系的动态建构,应基于人民城市的建设理念,从城市主角、城市形态、城市文化、城市“磁力”、城市治理、城市品格和城市叙事等方面入手,根据城市的发展阶段、人口规模、竞争能级、区位特点、文化资源禀赋等进行综合考量,强化共建共治共享共情的价值导向,在新时代城市文明的进程中全面提升中国城市软实力,不断为中国式现代化注入新的内涵。
To successfully embark on the path of Chinese modernization and comprehensively enhance the comprehen-sive strength and core competences of Chinese cities,it is necessary to build an urban soft power system with Chinese char-acteristics,and to strengthen the responsibility in the operation of the global urban system.The dynamic building of the do-mestic urban soft power system should be based on the concept of"Building People's City".We should make comprehen-sive consideration according to the city's development stage,population size,competitive energy level,location characteris-tics,cultural resources etc.,so as to comprehensively enhance China's urban soft power in the process of building urban civilization in the new era,and to continuously inject new connotations into Chinese modernization.
