摘要
目的:观察养血息风汤治疗帕金森病(PD)早期运动症状的疗效。方法:64例用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各32例。对照组予多巴丝肼治疗,观察组予养血息风汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后中医证候评分及UPDRSⅢ均少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后BDNF血清水平高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后IL-6血清水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血息风汤能有效改善PD早期运动症状。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yangxue Xifeng Decoction on early motor symptoms of Parkinson‘s disease(PD).Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group were treated with dopamine hydrazine,while the observation group were treated with Yangxue Xifeng Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and UPDRS III in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum level of BDNF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum level of IL-6 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxue Xifeng Decoction could effectively improve the early motor symptoms of PD.
