高职学生软技能培养实践路径研究--基于中国特色学徒制视角

摘要 新时期高素质技术技能人才培养需要注重软技能领域,其相关理论和实践路径的创新和本土化尤为重要。A校在例构建“四维耦合、循证测评”软技能综合育人体系的基础上,通过重构课程模块和教学资源、推进“三环五步”混合式教学模式、打造“三元联动”的结构化师资团队、搭建“一体两翼”软技能育人平台、“基于证据进行推理”构建软技能评价方式,解决了高职学生软技能培养与企业需求不匹配的问题,诠释了职业教育“高素质”与企业需求的“软技能”之间的辩证关系。 In the new era,high-quality technical and skilled personnel training needs to pay more attention to the field of soft skills,and the innovation and localization of its related theories and practice paths are particularly important.School A has reconstructed the curriculum modules and teaching resources,promoted the“three links and five steps”hybrid teaching mode,created a“three elements linkage”structured teacher team,built a“one body and two wings”soft skills education platform,and constructed soft skill evaluation method by“reasoning based on evidence”,on the basis of building a comprehensive soft skills education system of“four-dimensional coupling and evidence-based evaluation”.Through the above measures,School A has solved the problem that the soft skills training of higher vocational students does not meet the needs of enterprises,and explained the dialectical relationship between the“high-quality”of vocational education and the“soft skills”required by enterprises.
