基于Box-Behnken响应面法和BP神经网络的补骨脂磷脂提取工艺优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:优化补骨脂中磷脂的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以二氯甲烷-甲醇体积比、料液比、提取时间为考察因素,以磷脂得率为考察指标,采用响应面试验设计方法研究补骨脂磷脂最佳提取工艺,再通过BP神经网络进行网络模型优化和目标寻优,并验证对比2种方法,寻找补骨脂中磷脂的最佳提取工艺参数。结果:通过响应面试验分析得到的最佳提取工艺磷脂得率高于BP神经网络建模,故最终确定补骨脂磷脂提取工艺为二氯甲烷-甲醇体积比2∶1、料液比1∶10、提取时间70 min。结论:优选出的补骨脂磷脂提取工艺稳定准确,可用于补骨脂中磷脂的提取。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the phospholipid extraction process in fructus psoraleae.METHODS Based on the single factor test,the dichloromethane-methanol ratio,material-liquid ratio and extraction time were taken as the investigating factors,while the phospholipid yield was used as the investigating index to study the optimum extraction process of phospholipid in fructus psoraleae by using response surface experimental design method.Then,the network model optimization and objective finding were performed by BP neural network,and 2 methods were verified and compared to find the optimum extraction process parameters of phospholipid in fructus psoraleae.RESULTS The best phospholipid extraction process obtained by response surface analysis was higher than BP neural network modeling,thus the final determination of phospholipid extraction process in fructus psoraleae was 2∶1 dichloromethane-methanol ratio,1∶10 material-liquid ratio,and 70 min extraction time.CONCLUSION The preferred extraction process of phospholipid in fructus psoraleae is stable and accurate,which can be used for extraction process of phospholipid in fructus psoraleae.
