石油化工承压设备检验检测工艺优化

摘要 为提高石油化工承压设备检验检测的精度,确保检测评定结果与实际情况相符,开展对承压设备的检验检测工艺优化研究。选择检测射线源与能量,针对承压设备内壁复杂介质,设计石油化工承压设备透照方式;明确曝光与黑度线关系后,优化检测曝光度与焦距参数等参数;对不同承压设备缺陷类型,优化检验检测工艺。实验结果表明,优化后的检测工艺检测结果与实际更相符,检测精度更高,将优化后的检测工艺应用于石油化工企业中对承压设备缺陷检测具备更高的应用价值。 In order to improve the accuracy of inspection and detection of petrochemical pressure equipment and ensure that the inspection and evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,research on optimization of inspection and detection process of pressure equipment was carried out.Select the detection ray source and energy,and design the transillumination mode of petrochemical pressure equipment for the complex medium on the inner wall of pressure equipment;After the relationship between exposure and blackness line is clarified,the parameters of detection exposure and focus are optimized;Optimize the inspection and detection process for different types of pressure equipment defects.The experimental results show that the optimized detection process is more consistent with the actual detection results,and the detection accuracy is higher.The application of the optimized detection process in petrochemical enterprises has higher application value for the defect detection of pressure equipment.
