摘要
现阶段我国高等师范院校教师教育专业实践教学面临着实践教学目标模糊、组织管理缺失、评价机制单一及“双师型”教师数量短缺等诸多现实问题。对此,高等师范院校应树立实践教学观,明确实践教学目标;健全实践教学组织管理,引领实践教学活动开展;完善实践教学评价体系,推动实践教学改革改进;充实实践教学教师队伍,保障实践教学质量提升。从而提升教师教育专业学生实践教学能力,推动我国高等院校在社会转型时期的突破性发展。
Practical teaching is an effective way to internalize pedagogical professional knowledge for students majoring in teacher education in normal universities,and an important platform for training the educational and teaching abilities of students majoring in teacher education.It has the dual value of education and the times.However,at this stage,the practical teaching of teacher education major in teachers'colleges and universities in China is faced with many practical problems,such as vague practical teaching objectives,lack of organization and management,single evaluation mechanism,and shortage of"double qualified"teachers.To this end,teachers'colleges and universities should establish a practical teaching concept,define practical teaching objectives,improve practical teaching organization and management,guide the development of practical teaching activities,and improve the practical teaching evaluation system,We will promote the reform and improvement of practical teaching,give full play to the ranks of practical teaching teachers,and ensure the improvement of the quality of practical teaching,so as to enhance the practical teaching ability of students majoring in teacher education,and promote the breakthrough development of Chinese colleges and universities in the period of social transformation.
