摘要
因凭数据资源赋予的强大权力,大数据算法崛起成为去中心式交互网络中的高效行动元,算法对个体生活交往架构的重塑为“算法本体论”时代的来临赋予了合法性基础,算法在幕后“提线”操控着网络主体价值观念的变迁和网络意识形态话语的构建,成为网络信息传播与意识形态治理的关键变量。传统福柯式的意识形态规训体制逐渐被算法时代开放式的多元主体控制矩阵所取代,主流意识形态的生存处境遭受严重挑战。为实现从算法操纵主体到主体控制算法的反转,从算法失位到算法赋能主流意识形态的复归,应协同加强数据治理,打通数据孤岛、深耕人机合作,推进技术升级、创新叙事形式,生产优质话语、完善制度设计,坚持主体自律以形成治理合力祛除算法之蔽,为走出“算法本体论”时代价值引领的迷宫提供阿里阿德涅之线((1))。
With the power endowed by data resources,big data algorithm has emerged as the efficient actants in the decentralized interactive networks.The reconstruction of the communication structure of individual life by algorithms gives legitimacy to the advent of the age of“Algorithm Ontology”,and the algorithm“takes the thread”behind the scenes to control the change of the values of subjects,and therefore the construction of internet ideological discourse.It becomes the key variable of the internet information dissemination and ideological govemance.The traditional Foucault ideological discipline system has been gradually replaced by the open multi-subject control matrix in the age of algorithm,and the survival situation of mainstream ideology has been seriously challenged.In order to realize the reversal from the algorithm manipulation of subject to the subject control of algorithm,and the return of the mainstream ideology from algorithm dispositioning to algorithm empowerment,it is necessary to strengthen data govemance,break through isolated data islands,deepen man-machine cooperation,promote technology upgrading,innovate narrative forms,produce high-quality discourse,improve system design,and adhere to the self-discipline to form governance drives to eliminate the mask of algorithms,.Thus it will eventually provide the Ariadne thread to get out of the value-leading maze of the“algorithm ontology”age.
