摘要
自经济学诞生之日起,探讨经济增长的内涵与源泉便成为经济学界的重大命题,尤其是科技创新与经济增长的关系逐渐成为学界探讨的重点问题。当前,在实现高水平科技自立自强进程中,梳理科技创新与供给侧结构性改革的内在联系、研发投入与我国经济增长之间的互动关系等热点领域研究态势有助于更好地实现创新资源的优化配置从而更好发挥科技创新引领高质量发展的积极作用。
Since the birth of economics,exploring the connotation and source of economic growth has become an important proposition in the economic community,especially the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and economic growth has gradually become the focus of academic discussion.At present,in the process of achieving a high level of scientific and technological self-reliance,sorting out the internal relationship between scientific and technological innovation and supply side structural reform,the interaction between R&D investment and China's economic growth and other hot field research trends will help to better realize the optimal allocation of innovation resources,so as to better play a positive role in leading innovation and leading high-quality development.
