摘要
科研育人作为适应新时代发展的育人模式,是落实“三全育人”理念,实现教育内涵式发展的重要载体。当前地方高校存在科研育人的引导机制体制不健全、育人评价指标体系不完善、高水平人才引进与培养有待提升以及育人主体参与度有待加强等问题。为完善地方高校科研育人工作,需要将思想价值引领融入科研育人,夯实全方位育人体系;创新科研育人方式,共建全员育人协同机制;以学生为中心,加强全过程育人成效。
“Three comprhensive education”means whole staff education,whole process education and all-round education.As an educational model that adapts to the development of the new era,scientific research education is an important carrier to implement the concept of"three comprehensive education"and realize the connotative development of education.At present,there are some problems in local colleges and universities,such as the imperfect guidance mechanism system of scientific research and education,the imperfect evaluation index system of education,the need to improve the introduction and cultivation of high-level talents,and the need to strengthen the participation of education subjects.In order to improve the work of scientific research and education in local colleges and universities,it is necessary to integrate ideological value guidance into scientific research and education,and consolidate the all-round education system.Innovate the way of scientific research and education,and jointly build a collaborative mechanism for all staff education;student-centered,strengthen the effectiveness of the whole process of education.
