摘要
围绝经期女性卵巢功能逐渐减退,性激素水平逐步降低,进而可导致失眠等症状发生。我国女性围绝经期精神神经系统症状的发生率最高,平均发生率可达75.2%,且失眠的发病率在诸多精神神经症状中高居不下。目前临床可通过补充雌激素改善围绝经期失眠,但由于其不良作用及部分患者对激素的恐惧心理,使其在临床的运用具有一定的限制,而植物雌激素(PE)具有与人体内源性雌二醇(E2)十分相似的结构,大多能够通过与雌激素受体(ER)结合等途径,发挥对围绝经期失眠症状的改善作用,且其不良作用较激素补充疗法(HRT)明显降低,因此通过补充PE或许能够达到更好的临床效果。此文就围绕PE对围绝经期失眠的作用及机制进行简单的综述。
The ovarian function of perimenopausal women gradually decreases,and the level of sexual hormones gradually decreases,which can lead to insomnia and other symptoms.The study found that the incidence of perimenopausal mental and nervous system symptoms in Chinese women was the highest,with an average incidence of 75.2%,and the incidence of insomnia was high among many neuropsychiatric symptoms.At present,the clinical treatment of perimenopausal insomnia can be improved by supplementing estrogen,but due to its side effects and some patients’fear of hormones,it has certain limitations in clinical application.Phytoestrogen(PE)has a very similar structure with human endogenous estradiol,most of them can play a role in improving perimenopausal insomnia by combining with estrogen receptor(ER),and its side effects are significantly lower than hormone replacement therapy(HRT).Therefore,supplement of phytoestrogen may achieve better clinical results.This article reviewed the effects and mechanisms of phytoestrogens on perimenopausal insomnia.
