摘要
目的探讨在肾内科中医护理带教中使用赋能教学联合微课的效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月在九江市中医医院肾内科实习的中医护理专业学生120名,所有学生均为女性,之后按照随机数字表法分为3组,各40名,分别为A、B、C组。其中A组主要实施微课教学,B组主要实施赋能教学,C组则实施赋能教学联合微课。之后对比3组学生的书面报告、中医理论和操作技能评分以及满意度。结果在3组中,C组的书面报告、中医理论和操作技能评分以及满意度最高,均高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。A组的理论评分明显高于B组(P<0.05),其余2组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用赋能教学联合微课,可以有效提高学生对技能操作以及知识的掌握,提高其满意度和教学质量,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the combination of empowering teaching and micro-class in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing instruction in nephrology department.Methods A total of 120 nursing students majoring in department of nephrology of Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected,all of whom were female.Then,they were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 40 cases in each group,which were group A,B and C,respectively.Group A mainly implemented micro-course teaching,group B mainly implemented empowering teaching,and group C implemented empowering teaching combined with micro-course teaching.After that,the scores and satisfaction of TCM theory and operational skills of students in the three groups were compared.Results Among the three groups,group C had the highest written report,scores of TCM theory and operational skills,and satisfaction,which were all higher than groups A and B(P<0.05).The theoretical score of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the other two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of empowerment teaching and micro-class can effectively improve students’operation of skills and mastery of knowledge,and improve their satisfaction and teaching quality.It is worth promoting and using widely.
