摘要
目的探讨阴道炎诊断中应用阴道分泌物常规检查结合五联检验的临床价值。方法选取130例阴道炎患者,所有患者均接受五联检验、阴道分泌物常规检查。观察两种单一检查以及联合检查的阴道炎病原菌检出情况、阴道清洁度检查情况。结果五联检验对混合至少2种病原菌阳性、滴虫阳性检出率与阴道分泌物常规检查相比均明显更高(P<0.05);五联检验对病原菌不明阴道炎的检出率与阴道分泌物常规检查相比明显更低(P<0.05);联合检查对阴道炎病原菌总检出率91.54%与阴道分泌物常规检查51.54%、五联检验70.77%相比均明显更高(P<0.05)。五联检验阴道清洁度Ⅲ度检出率与阴道分泌物常规检查相比明显更低(P<0.05);五联检验、阴道分泌物常规检查对阴道清洁度Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度的检出率与联合检验相比均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论在阴道炎诊断中采用五联检验和阴道分泌物常规检查均具有一定诊断价值,但是联合检查的疾病检出率更高,值得优先考虑。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of routine examination of vaginal secretions combined with pentalogy test in the diagnosis of vaginitis.Methods A total of 130 patients with vaginitis were selected,and all patients received pentalogy test and routine examination of vaginal secretions.The detection of pathogenic bacteria of vaginitis and vaginal cleanliness were observed in two single and combined examinations.Results The positive rates of at least 2 kinds of pathogens and trichomonas were significantly higher than those of conventional vaginal secretions(P<0.05).The detection rate of pentaliquot test was significantly lower than that of routine vaginal secretion test(P<0.05).The total detection rate of vaginitis pathogens by combined examination was 91.54%,51.54%by routine examination of vaginal secretions,70.77%by five-combination test(P<0.05).The detection rate of III degree of vaginal cleanliness was significantly lower than that of routine examination of vaginal secretion(P<0.05).Compared with the combined test,the detection rates of Ⅲ degree and Ⅳ degree of vaginal cleanliness were significantly lower by five-combination test and routine examination of vaginal secretions(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of vaginitis,the use of five-combination test and routine examination of vaginal secretions are of certain diagnostic value,but the combined examination has a higher detection rate of the disease,so it is worth giving priority to.
