摘要
目的:研究阴道炎五联检在白带常规检测中的应用价值。方法:纳入2018年11月-2019年8月笔者所在医院妇产科门诊就诊的2000例患者作为研究对象,分别使用阴道炎五联检法和显微镜检法进行检测。比较两种检验方法阴道炎检出率、阴道清洁度。结果:阴道五联检法总阴道炎检出率为60.80%,明显高于显微镜检法的42.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴道炎五联检法白细胞增多、乳酸杆菌阳性检出率分别63.75%、33.75%,显微镜检法分别为63.05%、31.65%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阴道炎五联检法细菌性阴道炎、念珠菌、阴道滴虫检出率分别为38.05%、12.60%、10.15%,高于显微镜检法的31.20%、5.50%、6.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阴道炎五联检法白带清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅳ度分别占19.45%、16.80%、43.50%、20.25%,显微镜检法分别为19.60%、17.35%、37.15%、25.90%,两种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴道炎五联检法检测细菌性阴道炎、念珠菌、阴道滴虫感染优于显微镜检法,能提高检出率,有较高的临床价值。
Objective:To study the application value of five combined examination of vaginitis in routine examination of leucorrhea.Method:From November 2018 to August 2019,a total of 2000 patients in the outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology of the our hospital were included as the study subjects.The five combined examinations of vaginitis and microscopic examination were used for detection of vaginitis respectively.The detection rate of vaginitis and vaginal cleanliness of the two methods were compared.Result:The total detection rate of vaginitis by five combined examination of vaginitis was 60.80%,significantly higher than 42.85%by microscopic examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of leucocytosis and lactobacillus were 63.75%and 33.75%by five combined examination of vaginitis,respectively,and were 63.05%and 31.65%by microscopic examination,respectively,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The detection rates of bacterial vaginitis,candida and vaginal trichomonas were 38.05%,12.60%,10.15%by five combined examination of vaginitis respectively,which were higher than 31.20%,5.50%and 6.15%by microscopic examination,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cleanliness of leucorrhea was 19.45%,16.80%,43.50%and 20.25%by five combined examination of vaginitis,and 19.60%,17.35%,37.15%and 25.90%by microscopic examination.There were no significant differences between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Five combined examination of vaginitis for the detection of bacterial vaginitis,candida,vaginal trichomonas infection is better than microscopic examination method,can improve the detection rate,has a higher clinical value.
