摘要
目的:观察雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月~2015年12月我科室接诊的106例萎缩性阴道炎患者临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组53例患者。对照组患者采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用雌激素治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗疗效。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);观察组患者子宫内膜厚度与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(跃0.05);观察组患者表层细胞百分比明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);观察组患者阴道pH、白带清洁度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎疗效确切,效果明显优于单纯使用甲硝唑治疗效果,并且可以明显改善患者表层细胞百分比,促进阴道白带清洁度的恢复,值得在临床推广和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of estrogen joint metronidazole atrophic vaginitis.Methods Choose between December 2014 and December 2014 during my department accepts the clinical data of 106 patients with atrophic vaginitis,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.The control group were treated by a file after treatment,the observation group of patients in the control group,treatment with estrogen therapy on the basis of comparing the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The clinical treatment of patients with efficient observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05);Observation group of patients with endometrial thickness compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference(>0.05);Surface cells in patients with percentage of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05);Observation group of patients with vaginal pH,leucorrhea cleanliness was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy with metronidazole estrogen atrophic vaginitis curative effect,the effect is better than simply using metronidazole treatment effect,and can significantly improve patients with percentage of surface cells,promote the recovery of vaginal cleanness of leucorrhea,is worth in clinical promotion and application.
