常规护理结合体位变换在早产新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气患儿中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究常规护理结合体位变换在早产新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)机械通气患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2018年12月至2022年12月泰安市东平县人民医院新生儿科收治的72例早产NRDS机械通气患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加体位变换护理,比较两组的呼吸功能指标。结果干预后观察组的心率、呼吸频率、动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组,血氧分压、血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规护理结合体位变换在早产新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征机械通气患儿中应用,可以有效改善呼吸功能,临床值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of routine nursing combined with postural change in mechanical ventilation of premature with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods A total of 72 premature NRDS children with mechanical ventilation admitted to the Department of Neonatology,Dongping People’s Hospital of Tai’an from December 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given postural change nursing on the basis of the control group.The respiratory function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the heart rate,respiratory rate and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and partial pressure of oxygen and saturation of blood oxygen were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of routine nursing combined with body postural change in premature with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and mechanical ventilation can effectively improve respiratory function,which is worthy of clinical application.
