摘要
目的探讨多索茶碱联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月东平县人民医院收治的80例支气管哮喘患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、住院时间及肺功能。结果观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肺功能均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多索茶碱联合布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘,可显著改善临床症状,提升肺功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Doxofylline combined with Budesonide Suspension in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Dongping County People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Doxofylline combined with Budesonide treatment.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms,hospital stay and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function of both groups was better than before treatment,and that in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline combined with Budesonide Suspension in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can significantly improve clinical symptoms and lung function,and is worthy of c linical promotion.
