摘要
小型水库雨水情测报和大坝安全监测是水库运行管护的重要环节。本文根据柳城县小型水库管理实际情况,结合水利信息化发展要求,依托GIS、物联网、流媒体、Spring框架等信息化技术,开发柳城县小型水库雨水情测报和大坝安全监测系统,实现水库基础信息查询、雨水情数据查询、大坝安全监测数据查询、预警信息查询、实时动态监测与区域告警等功能,为柳城县水库安全运行及信息化管理提供有效技术保障。
Rainwater regime reporting and main dam safety monitoring of small reservoirs are important for the opera⁃tion and maintenance of reservoirs.According to the actual management situation of small reservoirs in Liucheng County,combined with the requirements of water conservancy informatization development,based on the informa⁃tion technologies of GIS,internet of things,streaming media and Spring framework etc.,the small reservoir rainwater regime reporting and main dam safety monitoring system of Liucheng County was developed,with the functions of reservoir basic information query,rainwater regime data query,main dam safety monitoring data query,early warn⁃ing information query,real-time dynamic monitoring and regional alarm etc.,which provide effective technical sup⁃port for safe operation and informatization management of reservoirs in Liucheng County.
