摘要
广西有小型水库约4110座,约占水库总数的95%,目前广西小型水库雨水情测报和大坝安全监测严重缺失,导致不能及时发现水库存在的安全隐患。本文分析广西开展小型水库雨水情测报和大坝安全监测的现状及必要性,提出了相关建设原则、建设目标和建设内容,为广西开展该项工作提供技术指导。
There are about 4110 small reservoirs in Guangxi,taking up about 95%of the total quantity of reservoirs.The small reservoirs in Guangxi are short of rain forecast and dam safety monitoring at present,which leads to the hidden danger of reservoir safety can not be found in time.The authors analyze the current situation and necessity of implementing rain forecast and dam safety monitoring at small reservoirs of Guangxi,put forward relevant princi⁃ples,targets and contents of construction,so as to provide technical guide for this work.
