摘要
目的 探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对射血分数中间值的慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 将60例射血分数轻度下降的慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组30例、治疗组30例。对照组在心力衰竭基础治疗方案上给予盐酸贝那普利治疗,治疗组在心力衰竭基础治疗方案上给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、氨基末端脑利尿钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、醛固酮(ALD)、6 min步行试验(6MWD)、血清肌酐(SCr)及肾小球滤过率(eGFR)的差异。结果 治疗后两组患者的LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、NT-proBNP、ALD、6MWD、SCr及eGFR均较治疗前改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦可以改善射血分数中间值的慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能和生存质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Salbutamol valsartan sodium in patients with chronic heart failure with mildly reduced ejection fraction.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure with median ejection fraction were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).The control group was given benazepril hydrochloride on the basic treatment plan of heart failure,while the treatment group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium on the basic treatment plan of heart failure.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic inner diameter(LVESD),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),aldosterone(ALD),6-minute walking test(6MWD),serum creatinine(SCr)and glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD,NT-proBNP,ALD,6MWD,SCr,eGFR improved in both groups(P all<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P all<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan injection can improve the heart function and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure with mildly reduced blood fraction,and has great clinical benefits.
