城市建设用地碳排放强度时空演变、影响因素及减排潜力研究 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】旨在把握城市碳排放国情、制定合理减排方案,为制定科学有效的区域减碳降排政策提供参考。【方法】基于2000—2019年中国30个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,在测算城市建设用地碳排放强度的基础上分析其时空演变特征、影响因素以及减排潜力。【结果】(1)城市建设用地碳排放总量逐年递增,城市建设用地碳排放强度呈阶段性增强趋势,空间上呈现“北高南低”的分布格局。(2)城市建设用地碳排放强度具有显著的空间自相关性,且高—高集聚区域由东部向北部移动,低—低集聚区域由西部向南部移动。(3)城市建设用地碳排放强度重心在110°~115°E,34°~36°N迁移,主要集中在河南和山西地区。(4)在控制人均碳排放量增长方面,能源消费和能源效率显负向抑制作用,经济发展显正向促进作用,促进作用强度显著高于抑制作用强度,使得人均碳排放量呈现逐年增加的趋势。(5)不同省市减排潜力差异明显,减排潜力较大地区主要集中在西北、华北、华南南部等地区,其中河北、内蒙古、黑龙江、上海、山东、湖南、广西、海南、陕西、青海、宁夏和新疆的减排效率高于全国平均水平。【结论】城市建设用地碳排放强度时空演变具有较强的时序阶段性和空间异质性,应根据影响因素作用程度和区域减排潜力差异制定差异化的调控策略,以促进不同地区实现“双碳”目标。 [Objective]This study aims to investigate the national conditions of urban carbon emissions and formulating reasonable emission reduction plans,thus providing reference for formulating scientific and effective regional carbon reduction policies.[Method]Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2019,the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics,influencing factors and emission reduction potential of urban construction land were analyzed on the basis of measuring the carbon emission intensity of urban construction land.[Result](1)The carbon emission of urban construction land is increasing year by year,and the carbon emission intensity of urban construction land is gradually increasing,showing a spatial distribution pattern of“high in the north and low in the south”.(2)The carbon emission intensity of urban construction land has significant spatial autocorrelation,and the high-high concentration area moves from the east to the north,and the low-low one moves from the west to the south.(3)The center of carbon emission intensity of urban construction land shifts between 110°~115°E and 34°~36°N,mainly in Henan Province and Shanxi Province.(4)In terms of controlling the growth of carbon emissions per capita,energy consumption and energy efficiency show a negative inhibition effect,while economic development shows a positive promotion effect.The strength of the promotion effect is significantly higher than the inhibition effect,which makes the per capital carbon emission shows a trend of increasing year by year.(5)The emission reduction potential of different provinces and cities is obviously different.The regions with large emission reduction potential are mainly concentrated in the northwest,north China,south China and other regions.Among them,the emission reduction efficiency of Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Heilongjiang,Shanghai,Shandong,Hunan,Guangxi,Hainan,Shaanxi,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang is higher than the national average.[Conclusion]The spatiotemporal evolution of carbon emissi
